Family Care is based in Islamabad and was founded in 2014 by a group of experienced healthcare professionals and healthcare product distributors who were passionate about providing quality healthcare products in Pakistan. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality products. We deal in import and distribution of healthcare electronics products, electro-medical equipment, instruments etc. We provide fast, accurate, timely and reliable supply services to all major hospitals and medical institutes of Pakistan both in the public and private sector.

Delivery Service:
We deliver all our products across the country through TCS while in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi, we have our own delivery boys. There is a fixed delivery fee of PKR 300 per order across the country. We offer cash on delivery through our delivery boys in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi only but we do not offer cash on delivery through TCS.
Terms and Conditions:
Warranty/ Claim accepted only on the specific products as per product description.
Any product damaged due to any reason will not be considered for warranty.
Change of mind is not applicable.
