7-Day Refund Policy

At familycare.pk, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.  

Eligibility for Refunds:

Unused and Unopened Products: The product must be in its original, unopened condition.
No Damage or Wear: There should be no signs of damage, wear, or use.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
Refund Process:

Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship: Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it back to the return address provided.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


Refund Timeframe: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process once we receive the returned product.
The actual refund time may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Non-Refundable Items:

Custom Orders: Products specifically customized to your specifications are generally non-refundable.
Perishable Items: Products with a short shelf life or that are considered perishable cannot be returned.
Clearance Items: Items marked as “clearance” or “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Costs:

We are generally not responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the product was defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Additional Notes:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you paid by cash on delivery, we will arrange a refund through your preferred method.
Please retain a copy of the shipping tracking information for your records.
