Best Practices for Accurate Wrist Monitoring

• Rest First: Sit comfortably with back support for 5 minutes prior to measurement.

• Elevate to Heart Level: Rest your elbow on a table and elevate your wrist so the monitor rests directly at heart level before pressing Start.
