Operating Instructions

• Proper Positioning: Sit upright, rest your back, and keep your arm supported on a flat surface at heart level. Rest for 5 minutes prior to testing.
• Cuff Application: Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm about 1–2 cm above the elbow, ensuring the air tube runs down the center of your inner arm.
• Initiate Measurement: Press the Power/Start button. Remain still and quiet while the cuff inflates and deflates automatically.
