Basic Usage Guide

• Sit comfortably upright, resting your back and supporting your arm on a table so it sits level with your heart. Rest quietly for 5 minutes.
• Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper arm about 1–2 cm above the elbow crease, ensuring the air tube runs straight down the center of your forearm.
• Press the Power/Start button. The unit will inflate automatically, measure parameters, and announce/display your readings upon completion.
