The Certeza BM-450 is a digital upper-arm blood pressure monitor featuring a large LED display and voice readout functionality.

Operating Instructions

• Preparation: Sit upright and rest for 5 minutes before testing. Keep feet flat on the floor and avoid talking or moving during measurement.
• Cuff Placement: Wrap the cuff around the upper left arm, positioned roughly 2–3 cm above the elbow fold, ensuring the air tube runs straight down the inside of your arm.
• Measurement: Position the arm so the cuff rests at heart level, then press the Power button to begin auto-inflation.
