Daily Cleaning & Care

• Wipe down: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the outer casing of the BTE unit every night. Never use water, wet wipes, or chemical cleaners on the main device.
• Brush the microphone: Gently use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust and debris from the microphone ports and volume wheel. Hold the device so the ports face downward while brushing; this allows debris to fall out rather than getting pushed further inside.
• Clear the ear dome: Wipe the silicone ear tip to remove surface earwax. If wax is trapped in the sound opening, use a small wax pick or wire loop to scoop it out carefully.
